Associates in Development (AiD) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking qualified individuals for various positions in the development sector. The open roles consist of:

• Sewerage System Design Expert

• Water Supply System Design Expert

• Wastewater Treatment Engineering & Design Expert

• Procurement & Contract Management Expert

• Environmental Specialist

• Social & Gender Specialist

• Business Development Specialist

• Networking & Business Development Associate

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Sewerage System Design Specialist

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; Master's degree in Public Health Engineering or Environmental Engineering (approved by HEC).

• Experience: At least 10 years in the design of sewerage systems.

2. Water Supply System Design Specialist

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; Master's degree in Public Health Engineering or Environmental Engineering (approved by HEC).

• Experience: At least 10 years in the design of water supply systems.

3. Wastewater Treatment Engineering and Design Specialist

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering; Master's degree in Public Health Engineering or Environmental Engineering (approved by HEC).

• Experience: At least 10 years in the design of wastewater treatment plants.

4. Procurement and Contract Management Specialist

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum of 16 years of education with over 8 years of experience in procurement for various projects, including those funded by donors.

5. Environmental Specialist

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, Development Studies, or a related field.

• Experience: Over 5 years in environmental studies, including disaster risk assessment and management.

• Preference: Candidates with a Master’s degree and 10 years of experience.

6. Social and Gender Specialist

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 10 years in research or analysis related to social and gender issues.

7. Business Development Specialist

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Over 7 years in solar projects, procurement, monitoring and evaluation, and business development.

• Skills: Excellent communication and technical writing abilities.

8. Networking and Business Development Associate

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Electronics with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in solar procurement, information technology, marketing, and project management.
