The National Healthcare NGO is seeking professionals for its PPM Project in various locations. Eligibility Criteria:
Education & Experience Requirements for Each Position:
Admin Assistant:
A Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related disciplines is required. Experience in logistics, administration, and asset & inventory management is preferred. Experience in NGOs or INGOs is considered an advantage.
HR Officer:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or similar fields is required. A preference for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, including recruitment, employee record management, and performance evaluation.
IT Officer:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in data management, preferably within the health or social sector.
Data Management Assistant:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required. Candidates should possess 1–2 years of experience in data management, ideally in the health sector.
District Field Supervisor:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health or Social Sciences is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree. Experience in health programs, particularly in tuberculosis (TB), is preferred.
District Field Officer:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health or Social Sciences is required. Field experience in tuberculosis or health programs is preferred.
