Eligibility Criteria:
1. Assistant Director (Audit)
Qualification
Candidates are required to possess CA / ACCA / ICMA / CIMA / ICAEW / CIA / CISA or an equivalent qualification from an institution recognized by HEC.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience is necessary.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in internal audit, compliance, risk management, or audit firms.
A strong understanding of IFRS / IAS, audit procedures, and internal control systems is essential.
Job Description:
The Assistant Director (Audit) will be tasked with conducting internal audits, assessing financial and operational controls, identifying risks, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations, and preparing audit reports. This role also involves collaborating with management to implement audit recommendations.
2. Assistant Director (Accounts)
Qualification:
Candidates must hold CA / ACCA / ICMA / CIMA / ICAEW / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounts or finance is required.
Experience in public sector organizations or large institutions will be considered advantageous.
Job Description:
The Assistant Director (Accounts) will oversee accounting operations, maintain financial records, perform reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. 3. Assistant Director (Finance)
Qualification:
Candidates should possess CA / ACCA / ICMA / CIMA / ICAEW / MBA (Finance) or an equivalent qualification recognized by HEC.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
