Eligibility Criteria:

1. Wing Head – ADC (VP / SVP)

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.

• Skills: Proficiency in digital banking, ATM and mobile banking, APIs, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and DevOps.

2. Unit Head – BackOffice Applications (AVP / VP)

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.

• Experience: At least 6 years in IT Business Applications.

• Skills: Expertise in EOD processing, banking applications, SLA management, and operational support.

3. IT Application Support Officer (OG-II / OG-I)

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years, with 1 year in IT application support preferred.

• Skills: Knowledge of IT operations, basic SQL, application support, and incident handling.
