The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) in Islamabad has announced several contract-based career opportunities for highly qualified and experienced professionals. These positions include Specialist IT & e-Procurement, Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist, Training Expert, Accreditation Expert, and Research Analyst. The selected candidates will be tasked with managing procurement systems, assessing public procurement performance, developing training programs, supervising accreditation processes, and conducting research aimed at policy enhancements. Applicants are required to possess relevant Master’s degrees from institutions recognized by HEC and have between 5 to 15 years of professional experience, depending on the position. Preference will be given to candidates with international certifications and experience in public sector or international organizations. The age limit for the IT Specialist position is set at 57 years, while other roles have a maximum age limit of 40 years. Eligibility Criteria:
1. IT & e-Procurement Specialist
A minimum of a Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Possessing 15 years of pertinent experience in IT, e-procurement, or digital governance.
Expertise in cybersecurity, cloud systems, IT policies, and project management is essential.
Certifications are advantageous.
2. Specialist in Monitoring & Evaluation
A Master’s degree in Social Science, Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, data analysis, and report writing.
International certifications are advantageous.
3. Expert in Training
A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Public Administration, or a relevant social science field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in training, curriculum development, or capacity-building initiatives.
4. Expert in Accreditation
A Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in accreditation, evaluation, or public procurement.
5. Analyst in Research
A Master’s degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in policy analysis or research.
