• Manager – Fraud Risk (Health Insurance) – Grade: Sr. Mgr/Mgr – Lahore

• Manager – Customer Experience (Health Insurance) – Grade: Sr. Mgr/Mgr – Lahore

• Manager – Marketing & Communications – Grade: D. Mgr/Mgr – Lahore

• Manager – Procurement & Administration – Grade: Sr. Mgr/Mgr – Lahore

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Head of Health Insurance Operations

• Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Finance, or a related field is required.

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years in health insurance operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.

2. Manager – Investment

• Qualification: Must possess a CFA Charter or a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing substantial investment portfolios within insurance, asset management, banking, or regulated financial institutions.

3. Manager – Policy Admin – Corporate

• Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by HEC is necessary.

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years in life or health insurance operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

4. Manager – Fraud Risk (Health Insurance)

• Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by HEC is required.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in claims or fraud risk management within the health insurance sector.

5. Manager – Customer Experience (Health Insurance)

• Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by HEC is necessary.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in customer experience and operations within the insurance or financial services industry.

6. Manager – Marketing & Communications

• Qualification: A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or corporate communication.

7. Manager – Procurement & Administration

• Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by HEC is necessary.

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years in administration, procurement, vendor management, or site management, with a preference for candidates possessing relevant industry experience.
