Eligibility Criteria:

Eligibility criteria differ based on the position. The primary qualifications are as follows:

Procurement Specialist (PPS-9)

• A minimum of 16 years of education in Business Administration, Project Management, LLB, or BSc in Civil Engineering.

• A total of 8 years of post-qualification experience in public procurement, including goods and services, as well as familiarity with PPRA regulations.

Legal / Contract Specialist (PPS-9)

• A minimum of 16 years of education in Business Administration, Project Management, LLB, or BSc in Civil Engineering.

• A total of 8 years of post-qualification experience in the field of contract management.

Additional Project Director – Monitoring & Evaluation (PPS-9)

• A Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a Master’s in Project Management.

• A total of 12 years of post-qualification experience is required.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the public sector.

Additional Project Director – Structure (PPS-9)

• A Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering is required.

• Candidates must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).

• A total of 8 years of relevant experience is necessary.

Horticulturist (PPS-9)

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or Landscape Architecture is required.

• Candidates should possess proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and GIS.

• Preference will be given to those with public sector experience.

Resort Development Specialist (PPS-9)

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management, Urban Planning, or Hospitality is required.

• A total of 8 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• Preference will be given to candidates with public sector experience.

Assistant Procurement Officer (PPS-7)

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Project Management is required.

• A total of 5 years of experience related to PPRA is necessary.

Graphic Designer (PPS-6)

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Design, or Media is required.

• A total of 8 years of relevant field experience is necessary.

Computer Operator / Record Keeper (PPS-6)

• A Bachelor’s Degree (BSc, BCom, BS IT, or a Computer Diploma) is required.

• A total of 8 years of experience is necessary.

Draftsman / AutoCAD Operator (PPS-6)

• A Diploma or Certificate in Draftsmanship or Civil Technology is required.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is necessary.

• A total of 8 years of experience is required.
